At Overton, our beef, pork and lamb are reared on a small scale, allowing us to know each animal, manage their welfare closely, and follow the journey from our fields to your table with confidence. We farm ethically using traditional methods, giving our livestock time to mature slowly, being fed predominately on grass, so every cut reflects honest husbandry, careful provenance and a genuine connection to the land.
