Common Questions

Is your livestock truly ethically reared on the farm?

Absolutely. We prioritize traditional animal husbandry on our Scottish hills. Every animal at Overton Farm is reared slowly and naturally, ensuring the highest welfare standards and premium flavor in every cut.

Do you deliver meat boxes across the UK?

We offer specialized delivery for our meat boxes across most of Scotland and select nationwide areas. To maintain the quality and freshness of our produce, we use temperature-controlled packaging for all regional and national shipments.

How should I store my farm-fresh eggs?

Our eggs are collected daily from our free-ranging hens. For maximum freshness, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place or in your refrigerator. Because they are delivered so fresh, they naturally have a longer shelf life than supermarket alternatives.

Can I visit Overton Farm to see where the produce comes from?

We love welcoming our community. While we are a working farm and focused on daily chores, we occasionally host open days and have a farm shop area where you can collect orders and see a glimpse of our beautiful rural setting.

What sustainabilty measures do you practice?

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. From regenerative grazing practices that look after the Scottish soil to minimizing waste in our packaging, we ensure that every meat box and carton of eggs supports a healthier landscape.
